CJI: We are not inclined to exercise our powers under Article 32. The petitioner is at liberty to approach appropriate authorities including NSA for remedy.

Tamil Nadu supported the allegations within the NSA. Manish Kashyap is also facing prosecution in Bihar. Mr. Singh claimed on behalf of Manish Kashyap that his client was a journalist. He was falsely accused by the NSA. “If this boy is still in custody, all journalism is in jeopardy,” he said.
